About RideConnect
Accessible Transportation Built Around the Passenger
RideConnect provides ADA and wheelchair accessible transportation throughout San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area — for individuals and families, and for the organizations that move them every week.
Accessible transportation is one of those services people only notice when it fails. A late vehicle means a missed appointment. A vehicle that cannot take a power chair means a passenger left behind. RideConnect exists to make those outcomes unusual.
We operate wheelchair accessible vans, ADA shuttles and lift-equipped accessible buses across the Bay Area, serving individuals, families, senior communities, healthcare organizations, schools and universities, regional centers, nonprofits, government agencies, corporations, hotels, assisted living communities and event planners.
A large share of our work is recurring. Programs that repeat every week are where accessible transportation either becomes dependable or quietly falls apart, and that is where careful routing earns its keep.

How we work
Accessibility is the standard, not the add-on
Every trip is planned around how the passenger boards. Ramp or lift, securement, companion seating and dwell time come first; everything else fits around them.
Reliability you can schedule around
Organizations build their week around transportation. Consistent vehicles, consistent drivers and honest timing matter more than a low headline price.
Dignity in every boarding
Nobody should feel like an inconvenience. Our drivers are trained to give passengers the time and respect the boarding actually requires.
Clear about what we are
RideConnect provides accessible passenger transportation. We are not an ambulance or emergency medical transportation provider, and we will tell you when a trip needs one.
