The basics of working with RideConnect.
Scope of service
RideConnect provides ADA and wheelchair accessible passenger transportation. We do not provide ambulance, stretcher or emergency medical transportation, and we do not provide medical care or monitoring during trips.
Quotes and bookings
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the request. Changes to route, timing, passenger numbers or mobility requirements may change the vehicle assigned and the price. A booking is confirmed when we confirm it in writing.
Passenger safety
Mobility devices are secured before travel. Passengers requiring personal care or supervision during the journey should travel with an attendant or caregiver.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and change terms are confirmed with your quote or program agreement. Recurring programs follow the schedule and notice periods set out in the agreement.
Delays
We plan realistic boarding and travel time, but traffic, weather and site access can affect arrival times. We will communicate delays as soon as we are aware of them.
