Start with flight and mobility details
Provide the airport, airline, terminal when known, flight time, pickup address, passenger count, luggage and mobility-device information. A power chair and several suitcases may require a different vehicle plan than a folding chair.
Allow for the terminal process
The transportation schedule should account for traffic, unloading, mobility equipment and the time the passenger needs inside the terminal. For arrivals, agree on communication and pickup instructions before the flight.
Keep the group together when practical
Accessible buses can combine wheelchair positions, standard seats and luggage capacity. For larger groups, coordinated vehicles may produce a better loading and terminal plan than one oversized movement.
