Events succeed or fail on arrival and departure. RideConnect provides accessible event transportation across the Bay Area so attendees using wheelchairs and other mobility devices arrive with the same ease as everyone else — not thirty minutes later in a separate vehicle.
We work with conference organizers, venues, hotels, wedding planners and community organizations on shuttle loops, scheduled arrivals and end-of-night departures, including the awkward parts: loading zones, one-way streets and venues where the accessible entrance is nowhere near the main door.
